(I am suspicious of the word "never". It goes right in with "always" and "should". And I notice that after a while, the thought occurrences of a person who is gone do decrease. Maybe never completely gone, but at least not so torturous. I do however think that this quote, as a mantra, is destructive by encouraging obsessive thought, and will impede the process of letting go, and hence I apologize for posting it. I just had to.)

Anusara Yoga's 12th Anniversary
Aug. 17th, 2009 09:56 pm...or birthday, if you prefer. August 15th marked 12 years after John Friend first penned the mission statement for Anusara yoga. He worked hard to put his vision into words, and the beauty of the vision was enough to bring many practitioners into the fold. His school of hatha yoga has quickly become widespread around the world. I am one of the many who have been enchanted by it.
