One THIRD of precincts in this US midterm election will be using new voting machines. Maybe that's why Shrub is so confident. Heh. One third is a lot. I wonder who got rich off that installation? I wonder: can they program those machines to do their bidding without getting caught? All you computer people out there, what do you think? Could another election be stolen with barely a whimper from the people?
