Organ Systems I: Smooth Muscle (Part 2)

I'm beginning to understand what I must do in order to understand a Brons lecture or powerpoint. If I don't already know the material, the lectures and powerpoints are nigh unintelligible to me. It is necessary for me to seek other sources. When I do, Lo and Behold! It's simple. It just seems insanely complex in the lecture.

The Mermaid

She hung over my bed in Flagstaff for at least a year. And now she's in the bathroom. I didn't know she was going to follow me to Portland. But she is beautiful. To me.

That was a wonderful lecture this evening. Thank you so much for talking sense to us, for being so bold and true, for knowing why you are on this planet. You have inspired me, once again, and convinced me yet again that I am on the right path. I often fear that I might have chosen the wrong path. So thank you. I needed that.

My Practice

When I go back to the yoga mat I am grateful to all the teachers over the years who have taught me what it means to HAVE a practice. Now my practices are merging together. If I can be with myself, then I will be better equipped to be with others. If I can hear my body, I will be able to listen better to other bodies. The central lesson remains the same in all teachings, only some go the long way around.

What Would Ron Paul Do?
