This seems quite true for me. The more I embrace all of my feelings the more fully alive I feel. The deeper the silence and depth of source connection the more I feel and am able to hold it all.

Yes.....adults are those who are able to contain opposites and be opposites without contradiction. We are not simple. And it is good.....
