Interracial Feelgood Reality

My friend P was put up for adoption when his mother was 17. She was pregant with a black man's baby, and she knew that her white southern family would not tolerate a mixed-race relationship or child. This Thanksgiving P took his (white) wife and mulatto son to visit his mother. She is now 54. It was a good reuinion.

Last Year's New Years Resolutions

I resolve to keep a daily routine that includes morning and evening meditations.
I resolve to continue to live frugally.
I resolve to check my calendar every weekday morning (so I don't miss things!)
I resolve to leave lots of down time in my calendar for exercise, rest and reading.
I resolve to use what I have, instead of saving it for another time.
