I resolve to keep a daily routine that includes morning and evening meditations.
I resolve to continue to live frugally.
I resolve to check my calendar every weekday morning (so I don't miss things!)
I resolve to leave lots of down time in my calendar for exercise, rest and reading.
I resolve to use what I have, instead of saving it for another time.

HOW I DID:
Not so good. Meditations have been spotty and certainly not twice daily. Routine is hard to come by. I do things different all the time and still haven't found the "best" way. I am living frugally BUT I have just gone into the largest debt of my life and am looking at going in much much deeper. I can't make up my mind if I want to use the paper or the computer calendar, and have been consistent with neither. I have done OK with keeping up the exercise and rest, but the reading ....piles up. How does one get ten times more reading done than one is currently doing? How does one triage what one is expected to read? I sure do still enjoy Harper's Magazine when I get a chance to keep up with it. And the periodical which has saved me for news is The Week. As for using what I have instead of saving it, this has been a good breakthrough for me. Just the awareness that I tend to hoard things was not enough. I am doing well at eating all the food I buy and making use of the resources at hand. So scores, on an A-F scale: F, D, C, B, A, in order, for my resolutions. Interesting that they are so tightly ordered. Put the hard one first and fail on it? No, do it. Start today.
