Caudate Nucleus

The horn or "head" of the Caudate body is such a wonderful invention, connecting as it does the alligator in us with the inhibition of impulse to which all of us are susceptible, more or less, depending on the integrity of this connection. This piece of tissue is at the heart of it all, though the Dali Lama may be on to something, too....

I have requested that you refrain from commenting on my journal. You are having trouble with my request. I am angry that you are unwilling to accept this small boundary. I thought you were my friend but you proved yourself unable to deal rationally or compassionately with me at the crossroads we passed last summer. I was hurt. You refused to deal honestly with me, refused to speak at all. Untill you are able to PROCESS your choices and to recognize the hurt that you cause, you ARE NOT WELCOME HERE. I do not trust you.
