Nude but Not Lewd is Legal in Oregon

The law is ORS 163.465.

(1) A person commits the crime of public indecency if while in, or in view of, a public place the person performs:
(a) An act of sexual intercourse;
(b) An act of deviate sexual intercourse; or
(c) An act of exposing the genitals of the person with the intent of arousing the sexual desire of the person or another person.

So, stripping naked for TSA is all good then. Or do airports come under federal law? I think they come under county law enforcement and belong to port authority, pretty sure that's true in Oakland and New York.

I don't know if there's another law they're using on the airport stripper (http://www.kgw.com/news/local/Portland-man-goes-naked-to-protest-TSA-actions-147876755.html) ... Probably they can get him just because he failed to follow instructions.
