Date: 2007-01-13 06:16 pm (UTC)For example: A woman does the 10% CR diet so therefore should consume 1620 calories (the base 1800 less 10%). That same day, she does vigorous exercise for two hours and burns 200 calories. Should she really have consumed 180 calories more (the 200 less 10%)?
He mentions that he would love to have another fifty pounds of mass on his body but isn't willing to risk beefing up by that much because he feels it would adversely affect his health. So my guess is that this plan doesn't relaly include a physical exercise routine. What do you think?
