Scientists are experimenting with the use of ultrasound to the testicles. They say here on the BBC that it can stop sperm production for six months. The Gates Foundation is supporting the research.

Could be. Wouldn't it be nice? I sort of wonder if the ultrasound might have some other effects they haven't discovered yet. I hope they investigate the hormonal status of the research subject both short and long term.
