A recent article on MSN says that after illegal drugs, raw milk may be the most briskly traded underground commodity in America. Have you tried it? I don't drink milk of any kind (not "soy milk" or cow or almond either) so it isn't really a big issue for me. But I am convinced that if you are going to consume anything called "milk", and you don't have the option of human milk, your best bet is fresh, raw, unpasteurized milk just as it comes from the cow.

I'd drink raw milk if I could get it for less than $8/gallon. I believe goat milk is better than cow milk; easier on the human digestive system and those who have lactose intolerance can handle goat milk products better.

I used to buy raw goat milk from a lady in town but she moved and I don't have anyplace to get it.

Yeah, I've actually had goat milk and I liked it too... sorry to hear your goat lady has left town. Think you've got a big enough back yard to feed a milk goat?? I know, Paul would never permit it....well maybe not never....but it's entertaining to imagine.

Stranger things have happened... never say never, right?

Yeah, and you could always tie it off along road margins like they do in Mexico, if you run out of grass.
