Jul. 10th, 2008 10:18 amMy smoothie turned out really well, so I thought I'd write it down.
1+ cup frozen blueberries
1 cup cold water
juice of 1 lemon
1 heaping spoonful of flax seed meal
2 heaping spoons of lecithin granules
1 heaping spoonful of living fuel
plus, to finish the meal, a goodly slug of fish oil from the bottle
YUM.
