It's a realistic plan that gives specific foci for certain periods of the presidency. It is imperative for all concerned citizens to begin (if you haven't already) to communicate regularly with their respresentatives. We have a democratic majority in congress and they may be temped to run wild with their own pork barrel projects. We the people need to keep them on track in carefully eliminating the cumulative effects of 8 years of attack on our civil liberties and environment.
