Actually, there is already a Constitution Party here in the US, sadly filled with far-right Evangelicals. But it does exist.

I've been going door-to-door promoting Ron Paul and I get good vibes from both Democrats and Republicans.

Yeah, I just got back from talking him up at the local vehicle shop. Those guys were joking about some cross dresser named Ron Poo? Or something like that. But I get the same response as you, generally positive.

Do the Evangelicals of the Constitution Party actual endorse respecting the Constitution? Because if they do, I have no trouble with them.
