Cool. I've been thinking about joining our local Crossfit. I hate traditional workouts. They take too darn long and leave me too tired to want to do fun activities. "Gee, I wish I could go biking with you, but I'm too sore and tired from working out."

Yeah, the point is well taken that we need to go easy and let ourselves heal!! I've been doing 1-2 relatively hard workouts/week and then just walking and doing mild stuff the rest of the time. Feels good. Need to sleep well too.
