i wish there was more info on these too! i'm only 22, and i'm looking at an exploratory surgery every year or so :( i get them in my lower back, my surgeon thinks they're growing from my pelvis, they get big and start to hurt the surrounding muscles. he removed 5 lbs in november, and i only felt a golf ball sized lipoma on each side... tip of the ice burg sort of thing
