There is certainly a big difference between seeking ideas and problem solving help from others, and complaining. I am training myself to admit my uncertainties to others more often, and to seek more opinions about things before I forge forward with my own. Seems like my ideas are sometimes quite disconnected from the mores and opinions of the group, and if I don't bounce them off a few people, they can get me in trouble.
