I believe in soap and water. The waterless ones are alcohol plus antibiotics, and they breed more antibiotic resistant bugs, as you say. Folks in hospitals should be using gloves, too.
More people get terrible infections in the hospital than anywhere else, so don't go to the hospital, whatever you do!!!
