I hope you get to move- it sounds like you really need a new space. I hear you about the bus commute- it's sometimes the most infuriating time of my work day. I've waited for over 2 hours for a bus before... It's a trade off between feeling superior to all those polluting car drivers in traffic to having to deal with crappy bus service.
