I'm happy to hear you're getting OUT of that house! It sounds awful. Cats can be such little bastards when they don't like something. Brian's cat either doesn't like you, doesn't like Shakti, or more likely a combination of the two. Ugh. Cat piss. Ugh.
Is Suzanne still coming out in November? Would that be an instant roommate #1? It would really be nice if you could find a place for just the two of you. Roommates/housemates always seem to be problematic, or at least they have been in my life.
