Hey, thanks for that link. I will check it out and will probably sign up for their newsletter. My favorite source for finding out what the FDA is up to is the Center for Food Safety: http://www.centerforfoodsafety.org/. They have what they call "Action Alerts" for when they need to let people know about FDA proposals and such. I have found them to be a good resource on what's happening in the world of food. Now I have two!
