That's good to know, but even if organic production of these vegetables isn't necessary from a nutritional standpoint, It still is necessary from an environmental standpoint. Organic production doesn't rely on chemical pesticides or fertilizers; rather it encourages healthy, biodiverse soil-building. Inorganic production leads to depleted, toxic soils, nitrate run-off
