I had shingles once. It was awful.

I keep hearing that more and more younger people are getting shingles....several of my friends have reported it....this is a sign that our immune systems are not as resilient as they were before...perhaps due to the toxic burdens we carry from plastics, drugs, poor water and air quality, icky food, etc... Hope you don't get it anymore....FYI: lysine-containing immune support supplements are good for beating back anything herpetic.
