there was a time when i was comparing and contrasting a few GF pasta companies online. (that included a special type of japanese pasta made from some bean). but now i've forgotten all that and i am having CFS brain fog as well...
how would you say the prices compare to other pastas, GF or normal?
are there benefits - like on shipping, or BULK? i hope they have a variety of choices, like rice + corn + soy + potato, etc.
i may end up asking http://www.azurestandard.com to carry this brand if they don't currently
thanks!
there are 2 GF LJ communities I know of: celiac and some other one...!
I haven't tried this yet, am just placing my first order. It's a new company. The owner purchased old-school pasta-making-machines from Italy and is using local wheat for his regular pasta. Not sure about the sourcing on his GF ingredients (there are only two GF pastas on his site), or whether he'd sell bulk, but it's worth asking.
