Mammograms cause Breast Cancer

There's more data coming out all the time and the bottom line is that getting regular mammograms after age 50 will not protect you and might even do you harm. If you have a lump you want to check out, try thermography instead. Nice update here from Mercola:

Thanks for the heads up--I have never had a mammogram and maybe I shouldn't. We have no history of breast cancer in our family.

You're better off putting your energy into a cancer-preventing lifestyle than you are into early detection....imho. Did you catch the new info about optimal vitamin D levels reducing ALL CANCERS by 50% in the certain population in Nebraska?

Oh yes, I did see that! I am glad to live in Southern AZ where i get plenty of sunshine and I have just started taking a multi-vitamin.
