Cherokee Wisdom
A Cherokee Indian elder was teaching his grandchildren about life.
He said to them, “A fight is going on inside me... it is a terrible fight and it is between two wolves.
One wolf represents fear, anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego.
The other stands for joy, peace, love, hope, sharing, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, friendship, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion, and faith.
This same fight is going on inside of you, and inside every other person, too.”
The children thought about it for a minute and then one child asked his grandfather,
”Which wolf will win?”
The Cherokee elder replied simply,
”The one you feed.”

Oh, I've decided not to say try anymore. Instead, I'm going to say I'm working on..., or I'll do my best to... those both indicate that whatver is intended may not be done, but will be in the future, to the best of my ability. ;) Wow it is hard to remember though!

Your mission to not say the word will become second nature.
There is do and do not.
The trick is to be honest with yourself when you say what you will and won't do.
It's not easy.
I completed my mission today and feel much lighter. I did it by being fully honest and staying in my heart. I am glad I did it. Thanks again for your help yesterday.
