It seems self evident to me. My life was so much simpler when I had no computer, no cell phone, just a stove and a telephone for high technology. And I do enjoy the simpler things, the wind in my hair, sun on my skin, food in my belly, warm place to sleep... we do not really need any more than this and someone to love.
