Boozin' is Worse for Women

I've noticed for years now that I can't hold my liquor like I usedtacould....and also that hangovers from small amounts last for days. Since my last boyfriend I've consumed very little alcohol, and recently I have decided that the right amount for me personally is none. This is a little sad, because among my very favorite things on this planet are the incredible combinations of wine and cheese, and wine and chocolate. I also utterly adore sake with my sushi. But historically I have always consumed the most alcohol while in the company of men who drink routinely. So I must draw the line: I don't drink. That's it for this lifetime. I have learned the art of appearing to take a swig from a jug, while actually only barely touching my tongue to the contents. Someone just gave me a bottle of tequila, and I'm saving it for my next party, at which time I will get everyone else blasted. Yeah!

Here's Mercola with links on why boozin' hurts women faster. It has to do with us females lacking an enzyme that disarms the toxin.

www.howweheal.com
www.masterysystems.com < esp this one.
http://www.bluelotusarts.net/
The Philosopher's Stone- 22 Organ Questionaire < oh and this one.

If you study iridology I highly recommend you get the upgrade to Bioptic Holography which was created by Robert Stevens of Mastery Systems. He is also a Master Herbalist, ETC and and and...just had a book come out as well.

Great support from MD girlfriends? WOW...maybe we are going to get those MD/ND physicians soon. Yay!

Guess I "should" put what I do on my profile..eh?

Meanwhile, I am excited to know you starting at the beginning of your ND journey.....nice.

Iridology, Bioptic Holography which is what it upgraded to, BE practioner, Reiki and energy worker, Language of Mastery Instructor, and a few other things, some of which I "just do" intuitively. Oh...and starting Philosopher's Stone work as well. I will share my link with you when I get it set up.

In my opinion, we are all healers on some level. We are all teachers too.
Some of us do it intentionally and others just live it.

Blessings~*

The link "How We Heal" has archives which I recommend. He also has two books-Body Electronics and "How We Heal"

Mastery Systems just put out "Conscious Language" which I am very excited to have. If you were going to pick one book...that would be the one...from these.

All are good.

Maybe I will see you there in June...I dream big....Star

Go to www.masterysystems.com and check the schedule. There are events in Georgia at Bird's Nest Retreat in June. Maybe I will see you there?

OH, I saw that there is a training. Good for you! You will not see me there, though I adore N Georgia and am certainly curious about these teachings. I used to live in South Carolina, just across the river from Clayton, GA.

For this summer I will be working full time and taking no more vacations (after this weekend) until I move in August. Saving up a mini-nestegg for the move.
