if you own that book, hang on to it, and I'll pick it up, if it is in a borrowable form, next year. That'd be 2010. I deal c MH issues all of the time. I find it helps if you meet the pt. where they are instead of trying to get them to conform to the clinicians expectations. That is if they aren't TOO far out of bounds.
