Yeah, I had no idea that 1/70 women get this in the US....thought it was much less common. I'm hoping you have nothing of the sort, but a skilled physical exam by a gynecologist, and a transvaginal ultrasound, is what you want to go for if you think you have a mass or other symptoms. Sounds like the CA-125 blood test is not accurate, but it wouldn't hurt to have that done.
