Yeah, my plan is to fly to Costa Rica if I need surgery. They have a lovely modern hospital with all the same technology that you can get in the states, but for 1/4 the cost.

So if all I have heard is just soundbites, and you have read these books, pray fill us in with some of your hard-earned knowledge! What do you think of what is going on, aside from the superficiality of my sources?
