Hey, I came over from naturalmed and wanted to comment. :) I see that your medical training has been in the naturopathic field; I considered that same school, and have wavered between MD, ND, and other paths entirely (I'm still in undergrad). Anyway, I was curious as to what kind of medicine you found yourself in, since you post on the natural forum. I'm always happy to see others who share my medical bents, and I must say I found your userinfo in that regard encouraging!

Not to mention, you happen to be an INTJ, just like me. Imagine that. ;)
