We all are going to want power, any power. Nuclear is a good way to ensure a future electric supply for any nation that has become addicted to bounteous cheap energy. In the US nuclear power is nigh taboo because of Ten Mile Island and Chernobyl, but that taboo will have to dissipate. Either that or we'll have to stop running all these gadgets.
