Yes, the slumlord is getting a great deal having her around. She just can't stand slumminess, and knows how to do things right with a minimal budget.

School eats up my life. I often have a hard time getting up in the morning, but once I am gone to school the day flies by. It is hard to cover the material outside of class, so I make sure I am present and focussed during class. It helps. I just spent 2+ hours reviewing histology slides and I have a long way to go for the level of proficiency I need for the lab final. Study study study. At least I'm getting it done, here at home.
