Stem Cell Update

In today's news: Scientists in Britain are breeding embryos from stem cells made by inserting human DNA into an animal cell with most of its genetic material removed. Human eggs are hard to come by. They say this process is "less cumbersome and yields better results", but not why. They call them "hybrid embryos".

My GRADE in A&P

Well I don't worry too much about grades so I didn't even check until today to see what I got. I got the A I expected, but the margin was closer than I expected! There were five of us in the class who got A's (no curve, 90% or better) and I slinked over the wire at 90.2%. That was close. But an A is an A is an A.
