I agree with the person who advised you to leave your fillings alone. Unless disturbed, those old fillings aren't do you any harm.
And yea, the alteration of the mind activities are best when all the days responsibilities are done..if then. During medical school, you may even want to discipline yourself for weekend use only.
It's just a thought.
