I remember when I went I took too many shoes. I brought a pair of dress shoes that I didn't wear, and a pair of sneakers that I wore once. Next time I will take only a pair of sandals and a pair of flip-flops.

I also took too many clothes. We went in August and I found that all I really needed were a couple of sun dresses and a cover-up for my shoulders. I was wishing I'd brought a hat and some sort of long pants for snorkeling. I was constantly worried about the backs of my legs getting fried.
