And anger. That's a special topic. Getting upset and dealing with it is one thing. This can be anything from talking it out to getting angry and changing your behavior so the thing that made you angry is less likely to happen again. Getting angry and deciding that it's perfectly alright to attack people (esp. me) isn't alright. This is where we talk about a sense of proportion. Yelling to get feelings out is ok if the yelling isn't in a restaurant or my mother's house. It's not ok when it's in a place that will cause me trouble in the future."
