Thanks. I would also bet you are type O based on your metabolism and character......the Japanese are all into blood type and even have books on "How to Manage a Type A Employee" and stuff like that. Funny that hardly anybody here pays attention to it. But the guy that wrote the book "Eat Right 4 Your Type" was a graduate of NCNM. He was broadly discredited, even disparaged, by the medical community but I am still living by some of the things I learned from his book. Anyway, I've been thinking that I'm ready to take it to the next level, diet wise. I'm still carrying around some excess insulation and I am going to shed it, starting TODAY. I can do it. For me it takes planning so that I can eat good meals on a 4 hour schedule (no snacking, ever). Anyway---let's try again for a walk or lunch?
